Chester presents most of the access situations a mobile detailer encounters. Wide driveways in Curzon Park and Westminster Park, terraced streets with permit parking in Hoole and Boughton, shared residents' parking around the city walls, and business parks out toward Sealand Road and Chester Business Park.
We work across all of it. What changes is the arrangement, not the standard of the work, and the notes further down cover what we need in each situation.
Choose the Chester page for the service you need. Each one covers local delivery — how we work at your address — and links back to the full service guide when you want more depth.
Driveways and private parking. The straightforward case. We need roughly a metre of clear space around the vehicle and a reasonably level surface. Common across Upton, Vicars Cross, Westminster Park, Saughall and most of the outer suburbs.
Terraced streets and permit areas. Hoole, Boughton, Garden Quarter and Handbridge are mostly on-street, and much of it is permit-controlled. We can work on-street where the road is wide enough to do so safely and where parking is arranged. Tell us the street when you enquire and we will tell you straight away whether it works.
City centre and within the walls. Restricted access and limited parking make on-street work inside the walls difficult. Where a customer lives centrally we usually agree a nearby alternative — a workplace car park, a relative's driveway, or a longer-stay car park where the operator permits it.
Apartments and shared parking. Allocated bays in a shared car park are usually workable with the management company's agreement. Unallocated visitor parking is riskier because we cannot guarantee the space will be free on the day, so those bookings need a fallback.
Workplaces. Chester Business Park, Sealand Road and the retail parks are all straightforward with site permission. Getting a car detailed during a working day is often the easiest option if home parking is difficult.
No off-street parking at all. Common in Chester and usually solvable. Say so when you enquire rather than assuming we cannot help.
Prices depend on the service, your vehicle's size and its current condition. The detailing, ceramic coating and valeting pages above cover packages and what affects cost for each. For anything specific to your car, request a tailored quote — we would rather give you an accurate figure than a range you cannot rely on.
Working across Chester and West Cheshire with the access situations that come with the city — not a workshop process forced onto a driveway.
We bring what we need to complete the agreed work on site.
Systems matched to the job, with clear aftercare so the finish holds between visits.
Clear quotes, agreed scope and tidy work — the way you'd expect from a specialist, not a rushed wash.

Neighbourhoods and near neighbours — not a repeat of the county town list.

Make, model, condition, and what is bothering you. Photos in daylight help more than a description.
A specific figure for your vehicle and the work required, not a range.
Where the car will be, whether parking needs arranging, and how long we will be on site.
You do not need to be present for the whole appointment provided we have access.
The short version: if the car is dirty, it needs valeting. If the paint is dull, swirled or marked, it needs detailing. If the paint is already good and you want it to stay that way with less effort, it needs a coating.
Valeting cleans. Detailing corrects and protects. Ceramic coating protects prepared paint — and only removes swirls if correction is included.
Not sure? Send a couple of photos in daylight when you enquire and we will tell you what it actually needs, including if that is less than you were expecting.
We work across Chester including Hoole, Handbridge, Blacon, Upton, Vicars Cross and the surrounding villages. If your street is not obviously covered, ask — we will give you a straight answer.
Usually yes. On-street work is possible on many Chester roads where there is room to work safely and parking is arranged. Where a street genuinely will not work, we normally agree a nearby alternative such as a workplace car park. Tell us the street and we will confirm before you commit.
Often yes, with parking arranged in advance. Tell us the street when you enquire and we will confirm what is needed before you book.
Valeting cleans the car. Detailing corrects the paint as well as cleaning it, using decontamination and machine work, then protects it afterwards. Detailing takes much longer and costs more, and it changes the condition of the paintwork rather than just its cleanliness.
